Furnished room off High St Kensington

I am moving home to NZ and looking for someone to take over the lease of my room. You will be sharing the flat with my current flatmate.

Double room including bed and beside table with lots of built in storage. The flat is fully furnished with everything you need. In an amazing location just off the high street with a big Waitrose just across the street.

Rent includes council tax - power and internet is extra and is split equally each month.

We lease the property through foxtons so you will need to pass their checks and transfer for my share of the deposit which is £1812.67. Rent is paid one month in advance.

We keep the flat clean and tidy and otherwise enjoy the odd glass of wine, so looking for someone with a similar vibe to take my place.
