2 Bed flat right off High Street Kensington

I am renting out a room in a 2 bed flat right off Kensington High Street. The area is very charming and safe, with 2 tube stations close by (High St Kensington 5min walk and Notting Hill Gate 10min walk). You have everything you need from grocery stores, cafes and gyms within a small walking distance radius. Hyde Park and Holland Park are also just a short walk away.
The flat has a combined kitchen and living room, one bathroom and the room that is free has a double bed, dresser, wardrobe and desk.
I will be traveling during this time period so you will have the flat to yourself. I am looking for someone that is ideally a professional and will take care of the flat.
