My flat has a large living space, with a lounge-library and separate 6-10-seater dining room and kitchen. The space is perfect for entertaining, and I like to host dinner parties and book meetups in the flat. The bathroom has a large bathtub and shower, and there is a second WC for convenience. The flat is fully furnished, and the spare second bedroom currently comes with a single bed and an extra table/desk which can be removed. The room has space to accommodate a double bed and other furnishings if you would like to bring your own. There is closet space right outside the room, and space for additional shelving and hangers in the room if needed. All bills (electricity, water, heating, internet) are included. The flat has transport links to High St Ken Station (6 min walk), bus stops to Mayfair/Piccadilly/Hammersmith on the doorstop, and a 15 minute walk to the central line across Hyde Park.
