Double room in Kensington with own bathroom

Hello! I’m looking for a roommate from December onwards. Lovely flat in Kensington which is a 5 min walk to High St Ken (circle line) station and 10 mins to Gloucester station (district, circle and Piccadilly line).

🛍️ 🛒 Lots of cute cafes around and a 10 min walk to Sainsbury’s or Whole Foods and M&S which are a 5 mins away. Hyde park & Kensington Gardens are also a quick 5/10 minute walk away.

🏡 The flat is split level flat on the ground floor and lower ground floor. The room available is a furnished double bedroom with a wardrobe and all furniture included (bed, mattress and bedside table, mirror, bookcase) and you shall have your own bathroom with a bath and shower. There is a spare wardrobe aswell so lots of storage space. There is a porter which is very useful for deliveries.

💰 Rent is £1538 and bills are roughly £260 monthly including a cleaner every two weeks. The deposit is £1774.

Looking for someone to commit to a year minimum (but open to discuss!)

Looking for a professional female in her 30’s. Someone who’s respectful and tidy. Non smoker and ideally works hybrid.

You shall be sharing with a 31 year old female who works in the city. I’m in the office hybrid. l enjoy going to Pilates and seeing friends on the weekend ☺️
