Hi everyone! 👋🏼
I am looking for a new flatmate to join our flat share from Feb/March until August or September. Flexible with dates.
I am 23, from Spain and the other flatmate is from Germany. We like going to the gym, going out (not parties), entrepreneurship, cooking (chicken and rice basically) and relaxing at home. We would love to have someone friendly, sociable, clean and respectful.
The room is spacious, and comes furnished with a bed desk, chair and desk, integrated storage and a Juliette balcony.
We have a new kitchen with washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, a large living room with smart tv, sofa bed and a dinning table, ideal for relaxing at home.
Bathroom would be shared with the other flatmate (girl), so another girl preferred.
We have a cleaner coming twice a month.
The building also includes a free gym and sauna for residents!

This flat is right next to High Street Kensington Station, making it an ideal location for anyone, with both Holland and Hyde park just a 5 minute walk away.
