Huge en-suite with AC in Kensington High St

My flatmate is unfortunately moving back home, so I’m looking for someone to renew the tenancy with me. This will be done properly through the letting agent with a new tenancy agreement, starting from late September.

About the room:

* Spacious bedroom in a 2-bed, 2-bath flat, located on the 1st floor
* WiFi included
* One of the largest bedrooms I’ve seen around Hyde Park/Kensington in the price range, with high ceilings that make the whole flat feel very spacious.

About the flat:

* Fantastic location right next to Kensington High Street Station.
* Around a 15-minute walk to Imperial College London.
* Hyde Park is just around the corner.
* Bus stop is right outside, with the No. 9 bus providing a direct route to Mayfair and Soho.
* Whole Foods, M&S, Sainsbury’s, and Boots are all downstairs or within a couple of minutes’ walk.

About me:

I’m a chemical engineer and I work onsite ~3 times a week. I’m considerate, organised and clean. For the flat, we used to hire a cleaner every 2 weeks.

I’d love some good chats with people and I also have no problem just keeping boundaries. I love the sea, and like to do water sports (surf, kite surfing..) when I get to, and I play the piano if I wanna keep myself from getting massively distracted by social media. Big fan of hopping on a plane and escape London.

I don’t smoke at all and I don’t host parties (I’d prefer going to someone else’s after having hosted one!). Occasional drinker but never drink alone.
