Much of the culture of Kensington is an easy walk (museums, Albert Hall, Parks, Design Museum etc.). The local supermarkets include Waitrose, M&S and Wholefoods as well as the shops and restaurants of Kensington High Street.

The flat is light and airy with a large well lit living room enjoying double sash windows with views of the trees of the Court.
The kitchen has a modern design with dishwasher and washing machine, gas cooking, double electric oven, built-in fridge freezer and central heating. The flat is furnished. There is currently no television but unlimited broadband is included - and you would be welcome to bring your own TV.

The room available is the large master bedroom to the rear of property, with ensuite bathroom. There are 3 large fitted wardrobes and a bookcase as shown in the pictures. The window looks onto the rear of the frontage of High Street Kensington with views of Kensington Gardens.

The owner lives in for 2 week nights per week on average whilst working in central London. Her husband may occasionally stay. You would have the benefit of some company during the week but the flat would most often be yours for the weekend.

We're looking for a professional who will enjoy making the most of our lovely flat in this great location. Couples are welcome for an extra £250 per month to reflect additional costs and wear and tear.
