Big double loft room available to rent with en-suite, double bed, draws, clothing rail. Located in Higham Hill area of Walthamstow, it’s 16 mins walk from Blackhorse Road Station, 3 mins from the Wetlands and really close to several very popular breweries on Blackhorse Lane. You would be sharing with a friendly professional female (in my 40s), a 4 year old and 1 year old. Please see the video for the room. It has a good amount of floor space behind the bed and previous flatmates have included a desk (although it fits best without the clothing rail). Please note, as I have 2 children, the house can get a bit messy at times! But it’s a lovely warm house, a bit of a home away from home. Looking for a female only.
