Double room with ensuite available E17

Big double loft room available to rent with en-suite, double bed, draws, clothing rail. Available in lovely Walthamstow 3 mins from the Wetlands and really close to several breweries on Blackhorse Lane. You would be sharing with a female professional, a 4 year old and 1 year old. Note, the bed in the loft has been moved and now faces the skylight. It has a good amount of floor space behind the bed and previous flatmates have included a desk (although it fits best without the clothing rail). Please note, as I have 2 children, it can get quite messy at times! I do my best to keep it tidy but it’s a bit tricky! Also, there is some noise but the kids are usually asleep from 8pm-6am so quiet then! Other flatmates haven’t told me noise is a problem but just FYI, it isn’t super quiet.
