We have a large, bright double room to let in our family home (sharing with 2 adults, and 1 child).

Room is on the ground floor, 3.5m x 3.5m, Furnished, with sole use of downstairs shower-room/toilet.

Shared use of kitchen (dishwasher/washing machine). You are welcome to use space in Garage for bike and/or additional storage. There is a large beautiful garden, that you would be welcome to enjoy.

One of us is vegetarian, therefore we cook minimal meat in the home (fish is okay), and would appreciate a housemate who is also mainly cooking vegetarian food.

Located in the Higham Hill Area of Walthamstow E17. The closest tube is Blackhorse Road (Victoria Line, Suffragette Line). This is a 25min walk or short bus ride away.
Nearby green spaces include Walthamstow Wetlands, Tottenham Marshes and Lloyd Park

Working from home is possible, however please note that with a Primary-aged child in the home, there will be more activity in the house, after school hours (3:30pm) and during school holidays.
Some additional contribution to bills may be required if regularly working from home.

Also suitable for Weekday-only rents.
