Looking for someone to take over a spacious, furnished, and light-filled bedroom in a lovely Walthamstow flat! You will be sharing large living room, kitchen, and bathroom spaces with just one other young professional. Ideally want someone who is naturally very tidy, and generally a nice person that can get along well with her. :)

The flat is about 5-10 minutes (by bus) to Blackhorse Lane and is therefore really well connected to Central London by the Victoria line. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and a short walking distance from the Walthamstow wetlands.

The room comes with a bed, mattress, some shelves, a mirror, and a built-in closet which can utilised. The kitchen is fully stocked, but there’s always room to bring your own utensils/ pots/ pans etc. There is also a laundry machine and oven.

The rent is excluding bills, which roughly can add up to £150 extra depending on the time of year.

The rent is £800 for one person and for couples it will be £850.
