My daughter is at Uni but does come during holidays, so house share predominately with 1 person.

There is use of a garden. All bills included in rent. 1 minute walk to local bus connection , on main route to Whips Cross Hospital. Could suit Nurse or teacher. Close Walking distance to Blackhorse Road Tube Station on Victoria Line , connections to City and Central London. Use of garden.
