Higham Hill is the Northern part of Walthamstow and is full of families, peaceful and quiet. Within a short walk are: Blackhorse Road tube station, the Blackhorse Lane brewery mile, climbing centre, workshop and cafes, Lloyd Park with its lovely Saturday morning food market and the William Morris Gallery. Walthamstow Central, Walthamstow Vilage and the main market/shopping centre are all a 10-15 min bus ride away.

*Me*

I'm a 40 year old civil servant who moved to Walthamstow a couple of years ago after growing up in Stoke Newington. The house is pet free, so I could potentially accept a cat - can discuss if this would be helpful.

*Ideal lodger*

I'm looking for someone kind and calm, perhaps a professional or an academic, who will help to keep the house clean and tidy (not very hard since I have a cleaner), and noise to a minimum. No smoking in the house.

*Other details*

Before taking on a lodger I will conduct a couple of straightforward vetting checks.

There is likely to be another lodger in the house as well.

My house is in council tax band C.
