Double Bedroom in Sun-filled Walthamstow House

Small Double Bedroom in beautiful house on the edge of Walthamstow (15m walk from Blackhorse Road underground station, Victoria line).

My flatmate is moving out of our gorgeous house in Walthamstow for personal reasons, we just renewed our contract so I’m looking a new roomie to take over until October 2026. Flexible start date, we can discuss whether the furniture stays or goes.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, and my dog which I co-parent so he’s there half the time. I’m looking for a nice chilled roomie who is a dog lover. The house has two bedrooms and a small studio room which I use for sewing, so I pay a larger chunk of rent to cover the two rooms.

The bedroom is small, just fits a double bed and a wardrobe, but we have a large living space, a beautiful open plan living room, a large kitchen and good sized garden.

Bills are £110 per month excluding heating which is £48 per month, but fluctuates in winter months.

Small fee may need to be paid to change current contract - will be split with current roomie.
