Double room in E17 - Available now

We’re looking for someone to take over the third double bedroom in our home in Walthamstow. We’re in a great spot, about 10–15 minutes from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line).

The room is available now. Ideally, we’re looking for someone in their 30s or 40s who is friendly, respectful, and reliable with rent. The room is for one person only (no couples).

Rent is £750 per month, all bills included, with one month’s deposit.

The room itself comes fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, and a wardrobe. There’s also a small TV, a chair, and a large standing mirror, happy to keep them in or take them out depending on what you prefer.

As for the rest of the house, we have a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and fast fibre internet (we also share Netflix, Prime, and Disney+). There’s also a small garden at the back, which is nice when the weather is good! ☀️

You’d be living with me (35, tattoo artist) and Julie (36, works from home). The vibe at home is very relaxed and easy-going; we both have our own lives, but it’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable and at home in the shared spaces.
One of us is vegan and the other isn’t, so we’re well-used to different diets, as long as everyone is respectful, it’s all good.
