Double room in E17 -Available from 1st of February

We’re looking for someone to take over a double bedroom in our 3-bed house in Walthamstow, about 10–15 minutes from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line).
The room is fully furnished (double bed, drawers, wardrobe) and will be ready to move in from the 1st of February.

The house has a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, fast fibre internet, and we share Netflix, Prime and Disney+. There’s also a small garden at the back, which is nice when the weather is good.
We do smoke in the house, so it’s important you’re okay with that.

You’d be living with me (tattoo artist, 35) and Julie (36, works from home). We’re looking for someone friendly tidy and respectful. The vibe at home is friendly and relaxed and we’d like to keep it that way.

No couples.

Rent is £750/month all in, plus one month’s deposit.
