The house itself is comfortable, clean, and everyone has their own space but can hang out when we feel like it. We like to keep things easy-going, communicate well, and make sure everyone feels at home. If you’re after a place where you can unwind, feel welcome, and live with people who care about keeping their home inclusive just message with any questions.

-You will be living with two professionals. One works in Central London on a hybrid basis. The other works shift at the Airport. We have a quiet relaxed home which we keep clean and organised. We are into sports , going to the local gym and we like to relax with netflix , sports or a good movie.
We are used to shared living so are respectful of our housemates space and privacy.
We are very easy to get along with independent but also very sociable and up for a chat.

The Room
-There is a double bed & mattress. Wardrobe , chest of drawers clothes rail, cube storage.. There is space for a desk & chair and we have a spare one available if needed.
The rent includes all utilities, council tax and broadband.
-The kitchen diner & utility area have washing machine, dryer, dishwasher , your own fridge/freezer and cupboard space .
-There is an additional ground floor toilet.
The Area
-Free street parking.
-Plenty of local cafes & library
-Several local food places and pubs
-Short walk to Highams park Lake and woods.
3 Minutes walk to Highams Park station. (Weaver line)
- Blaze gym & Tesco supermarket, pharmacy hairdressers, nail bars. all just 3 mins walking distance. Nice quiet street with great transport links.
-Weaver line to Liverpool St 20mins
-Weaver line to Walthamstow Central Victoria line 5 mins
-Victoria line 20 mins into central London
-Woodford Central line 275 bus 10-15mins
-Walthamstow central 212 bus 10-30mins
-Leyton central line W16 bus.
