EXCLUSIVE USE: the whole top floor of a three-storey house, containing the double bedroom and its private, en-suite bathroom.

SHARED USE: kitchen, sitting-room and garden.

ROOM
A bright, clean, warm double bedroom and a large, private, en-suite bathroom; both rooms are cleaned each week. Engineered-wood flooring throughout. Duvets and pillows supplied. Bed linen, towels and bathroom mats supplied and washed each week.

DOUBLE BEDROOM: double-glazed casement windows look out over tennis courts, playing fields and the Lee Valley, west to Haringey, and are shaded by wooden, white plantation shutters. Fully furnished, with a wardrobe, a desk, desk chair, large PC monitor and desk lamp, bookshelves, a director’s chair, a double bed, small bedside table and lamp, a rug and a full-length mirror.

THE LARGE, PRIVATE, EN-SUITE BATHROOM has a sloping ceiling with a shaded, double-glazed Velux window. It contains a large chest of drawers, a large shower cubicle, lavatory, basin, mirrored cabinet and a large, heated towel rail. Also provided are an iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and a laundry bag. Access to loft space/storage area.
