Single room in house in Highams Park

Friendly landlady looking for a female to share her home with her and her son (26 yrs old) in Highams Park. I work FT as a lawyer and would like someone who is easy to get on with and considerate. I currently work from home 4 days a week. My son works FT also but in the office.

The single room is available from 1st June 2024. Its a bright and newly decorated room with an IKEA wardrobe, There is room for a chest of drawers or a small desk if required..

You will have shared use of the bathroom, the downstairs cloakroom, lounge; and a large kitchen extension.

Highams Park is close to Walthamstow and has a lovely village feel. It has independent shops, cafes and restaurants, a gym, post office, doctors surgery, dentist and supermarket.

Highams Park Station is a 8 minute walk from the house. The Overground goes direct to Liverpool St (approx 20 mins) and also stops at Walthamstow Central (Victoria line) and Bethnal Green (Central line).

The local park, Highams Park, has a lake and cafe; and Epping Forest is within reasonable distance for leisurely walks.

I enjoy eating out and binge watching Netflix documentaries on food, design and Art. I also enjoy relaxing in the kitchen with friends and gardening.
