Double Room in Large House w/ Music Studio

Are you a musician? Do you enjoy having a quiet space to be creative and make music?
This is the perfect share house for you then!

We have 1 double room available in our spacious 4 bed house in Highams Park, with Epping Forest on our doorstep, at 2 mins walk there is a wonderful lake and park, and the neighbourhood is very peaceful.

Highams Park Overground Station is only 10 mins walk, which will get you to Liverpool St Station in 20 mins. There is a massive Tesco just next to Highams Park station and plenty of other local shops and cafes nearby.

The house itself is huge inside, featuring a fully fitted kitchen with loads of storage space and a recently upgraded gas cooker, something that comes in handy as one of us is a chef!

There is a large conservatory that is our main lounge room which gets a lot of natural light, therefore we got some lovely tropical plants.
In the garage we have a ping pong table and there is plenty of room to store larger items if needed.
High-speed fibre broadband is also available throughout the house.

The shared bathroom has a separate shower and full length bathtub, with a built in radio for those who like singing in the shower!

The highlight of the house would be definitely the huge back garden, where last year we started a vegetable patch (and went really well!)
It’s got a shed too where we have a little composing studio.

Saving the best for last, we have a large room used exclusively as a music studio, one of us is a drummer one is a singer/songwriter and another one a professional guitarist, so this is the perfect location if you are also a musician looking for a space to play and potentially contribute to projects.

Bills work out to around £100-120 a month each.
