This is a creative house, with a little reserved creative space for project work (sewing machine or long cutting table, artist's easel or similar).
Rolls of material or art kit are welcome, or designers in general.
There is also a resident KP, who is on earlies, so he will leave at 4.40am, but ideal if your also an early starter, or you can go back to sleep (he is quiet on leaving). The house dog does bark if the door is knocked at night after all are in bed (Cinderella through the week).
Front street parking available free, so it is good, if you have a car, or motorbike.
We are recycle and eco conscious, but eat anything!
House has a green space outside main front door, a small field.
The house has solar panels and new central heating system Dec 2023 and new smoke alarms November 2023.
Two rooms available with wifi, shared kitchen, shared bathroom, running hot water in shower, and kitchen.
Stay lengths is two months min, or long term lets are available, just ask.
The good house dog stays with the owner 24/7 and currently and goes to work and is not left alone in the building ever(except 10 mins local shop) so two non party people, who are mature in outlook and prefer to focus on getting in to work on time, or looking for work. If you are in full time study or part-time work, please apply.
Non drinkers and non smokers only apply please.
The house is only for the people renting it, so meet friends outside and keep the quiet family atmosphere going.
The back garden is only for the dog, but the front garden can be yours to cut, trim shape, or sit in, if your in need of grass and air you can put a chair in it, if you wish.
There is currently a fridge, cooker, microcwave, central heating system, and four month old washing machine.
The house is kept as quiet as possible, so people can get some sleep and keep their work routines.
Current house mates are shy and stick to their rooms, there is regular kitchen use, but one person at a time is best, as it is a small space. I will greet you with a smile and answer any questions, but I am not an employee, it is a house share.
The Government is insisting on proof of rental status, so ' Right to rent Share Codes' are used with date of birth' or proof of work and study, you can easily get one, so please ask for the Governement website address, if you do not know it, I can send it to you.
Viewings are for one person only, so ask friends to wait outside the building for you (single female rules).
