Double bed, wardrobe with drawers,, bedside cabinet and lamp, and small chest of drawers. tv and broadband . The shower room and loo are down one flight of stairs. You will have sole use of this shower. You will have use of my large kitchen diner and garden shared with me
The station is approx. 6 mins walking which Is overhead to Liverpool Street approx 20 mins.
There are some good eateries on the small high street and a decent pub. The house is on a quiet tree lined cul de sac in Highams Park. Five minutes from nearby woods it really is a lovely spot.
Apologies but I cannot take anyone with pets as I already have my own cat!
Subject to satisfactory references the room is available
One months rent will be required in advance as a deposit.
