Beautiful room in family home for single female

We are looking for a friendly and easy going female to live with us as a lodger in our family home. The room is lovely and sunny with big sash windows, a double bed, antique wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a desk.

You will have shared use of a family bathroom with shower and bath (we have two bathrooms so no queues in the morning!), the family kitchen and the garden. There is parking outside, but you would need to purchase a permit.

We have two school age children and two cats. This is a busy family home, and we are looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful.

The room has a desk, armchair, bed and wardrobe in it. You will have shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and dining area but not the family living room.

We live in Highams Park, which is a friendly, green and leafy suburb of Walthamstow. Highams Park station has direct trains to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line, 5 mins), Bethnal Green (central line 20 mins) and Liverpool St (25 mins). It is a lovely area with a good selection of cafes, independent shops and restaurants and is on the edge of Epping Forest for beautiful walks.

We are open to someone lodging Monday-Friday. Wifi, water and utility bills included.

We would prefer someone who does not work from home every day, and we do not allow guests or visitors as we have children. We occasionally hire the house out as a shoot location, so you would need to be OK with this (although they would not use your room).

Sorry but we can’t accommodate couples, families or males and no pets, but you need to be ok with friendly cats!
