Double Room to Rent, Short-Term.

We are renting out our 2nd room in a new build apartment in Highams Park.

We are a couple looking for someone who ideally only wants to stay Mon-Fri but if you need the full week then that's ok as well.
We are in the process of selling our flat but that won't take place for a few months so in the meantime we are renting out our spare room.

The room comes with a double bed and storage space. We have our own on-suite bathroom so you will have the 2nd bathroom all to your self (not en-suite though).

The flat has a large kitchen/living room area as well as a balcony. The block also has a communal garden and bike shed lock up.

There is Wifi and a washing machine in the flat also.

We can be flexible to dates so even if you are looking for somewhere for a couple of weeks, please get in touch.
No couples.

During the week we both work long hours so it's fairly quiet.
