I am renting out my other bedroom upstairs in my house .I already have one student renting a room . The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with your flatmate only .
There is a washing machine and dryer available to use .. The accommodation is of a high standard in a nice residential area .The overground station is 7 mins walk from my home .Highams Park station (zone 4) goes to Liverpool Street station in 22 minutes . We also have good bus services locally . The forest is a short walk away with a nice Park
We are looking for someone who works/ studies and is looking for a peaceful place to live . Tescos is 8 mins walk away
