Hello! I'm Phoebe. I have a lovely spare double bedroom available from September and am looking for a flatmate. I am listing the room as full time, but am also open to a part-time arrangement - please message me with what you're looking for. Please note that it is available for 3 to 6 months.

The flat's a really short walk to Highams Park station where the train takes you to Walthamstow Central (2 stops) for the Victoria line, or right into Liverpool Street in about 25 minutes. You can also get to Hackney Downs and Bethnal Green on the train if you're looking for a night out.

It's close to Highams Park which has a lake, so great if you're a runner or keen walker. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. On-street parking is currently unrestricted.

While the flat is really spacious, the communal spaces are open plan, so this is a place best suited to someone with a busy social life and active hobbies.

- I'm pescatarian, an avid baker and a mediocre cook
- I am an overly committed rower
- I work in the jewellery industry
- I'm pretty tidy

- You'll see in the pictures that the wardrobe is set into a recess. The depth from the window to the recess is approx 3.62m, and the room if you look at the length of the bed is 2.89cm across
