A nice room in modern flat

This nice room is in a modern two-bedroom flat (shared with me; my family members visit me regularly with two weekends a month overnight stay).
There is one shared bathroom, a spacious kitchen, a living room, a balcony, lift and locked communal bike storage.

The room will have different furniture than in the photo (but the same wardrobe), a single bed, shelves and a table (I have had no chance yet to reorganise it). I'll add more photos of the flat soon. I’m traveling currently and back on 17 July.

The distance to Highams Park station is less than 10 minutes, and conveniently, the train takes 25 minutes to Liverpool Street.
Free parking is available on the street.

I'm looking for a nice female lodger, who appreciates clean space and quiet living.
Someone who doesn’t work full time from home is preferred to allow all us for some space.

I work weekdays 9-5 as a nurse.
