I am looking for a female professional (please note this is not available for couples) to rent a double room with own bathroom (and walk in wardrobe/storage room) in my 2 bed 2 bathrooms flat in Highams Park. The flat is less than 5 minutes walk from the overground station, with Tesco just across the road.
Highams Park is less than 5 minutes by overground from Walthamstow, and less than 25 minutes from Liverpool Street. Oxford Circus and the West End are 35 minutes away.

I work from home Mondays to Fridays, so the room is ideal for a professional who also works Monday to Fridays, and is out of the flat (in the office) during weekdays.

All bills and a super cute and friendly cat are included.

There is also undercroft parking available, should you require it (can be discussed for an additional cost).
