Higham’s Park

Hello London!

A massive house in a perfect location, right by Epping forest and Higham’s Park .

A bright and good sized double bedroom is now available due to one of our housemates relocating - The bedroom is offered unfurnished.

Common areas - the living room, studio, garden , kitchen and the garage (with a table tennis setup!)

Local amenities, cafes, pubs, restaurants and a big Tesco which are all available in the town centre. (10min walk)

The overground is a 7 minute walk away and has a direct train to Liverpool St within 30 minutes.

We’re not just looking for someone to cover the rent but an actual housemate.

Social, outgoing, good energy and ideally someone who is into music. We have a studio so if you play an instrument I’m sure you will appreciate the space and a separate recording shed in the garden.

Oh and how could I forget Atlas, who amplifies the vibe in the house - he’s the best cat you’ll get to know :)
