Room with its own bathroom and kitchen

Bright clean tidy room with bathroom next door .The room is in the upstairs of my house .The accommodation has its own kitchen for the use of the students only . A nice private space Our house is 8mins walk from Highams Park Station 5 mins to Walthamstow or 22mins Liverpool Street and bus stop is 1 minutes away .Our house is a quiet place if that is what you are looking for after a busy day studying this could be the place for you
Tesco’s , parks , leisure centre , forests are all just a few minutes walk away from the quiet road where we live , free parking is available Downstairs has a washing machine and tumble dryer
The room will only be available after this date when my present student finishes her course and leaves
Tiger our Dachshund is friendly and lives downstairs with me
