I will be going travelling in January so looking for someone to take my room while I’m away!
Short term sublet available from 6th Jan for 3-5 months (will consider outside this range).
A good sized double room with an en suite in a shared house in Highams Park. Will be sharing a house with a couple and one other who are all school/uni friends and really laid back and lovely people!
The house is really conveniently located - only a 10 min walk from Highams Park station (overground) and the train takes less than 25 mins to get to Liverpool Street. There’s a big Tesco superstore and a gym a 10 min walk away, plus some coffee shops and bars. There are lots of green spaces nearby plus a super cosy pub right around the corner which is perfect for a Sunday walk followed by a roast!
Bills are approx £140 per month (including council tax) but can vary slightly.
