Double room to rent in Highams Park

We are looking for someone to join our calm, peaceful home.

You'll have a double room in Highams Park. It's zone 4 in Waltham Forest, close to the station. There are two of us (women) in the house already. It's a quiet house though we have a small art group that meets here every 6 weeks or so and a monthly book group. We are both hybrid workers.

The room has a double wardrobe, slim chest of drawers, bedside table, large storage cupboard, a desk and shelf.

The shared spaces are the kitchen / living room, garden, and bathroom. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other woman (although there is an extra toilet and shower downstairs so you won't be caught short). We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks and cleans the bathrooms and shared spaces. There is limited road parking available unless you pay for a parking permit. It's £650 a month including most bills.
