The house is on a quiet road in Highams Park, Chingford, close to Walthamstow, and has excellent access to transport links.

It's just a 5 minute walk to Highams Park (National Rail, Zone 4) and a 10-15 minute bus ride away from Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line Tube, Zone 3).

London Liverpool Street is only 17-22 minutes from both stations, and King's Cross St Pancras and Oxford Circus are also 17-22 minutes from Walthamstow Central.

Nearby buses to Walthamstow, Chingford, Whipps Cross Hospital) and Leytonstone.

For drivers, the A406/north circular road is a minute away, the M11 just five minutes away and the street parking is free.

Nearby there's a large Tesco, two gyms and several parks/recreational grounds, including Highams Park and Epping Forest.
