The House and Room

I'm looking for a professional female to share my Edwardian house which is in the heart of Highams Park. My house has been decorated to a very high standard including the room that I am renting. It has a Edwardian double bedstead with nice furniture. There is also room to put in a sofa and It benefits from having a bathroom on the same floor.

The rest of the house comprises of a large family sized kitchen, with a large cooker and 2 fridges, a private sitting and dining room for the owners use.

A little about me

Im a very friendly person who has lived in the area for 35 years and am part of the lovely community. I love to cook, I run and go to boot camp to keep fit, but enjoys a glass of wine and socialise lots too I travel as much as I possibly can
. The person would have to respect my space, and I would respect theirs.
Highams Park is a well sought after quiet residential area with a beautiful lake and park. Location is in a quite area with walking distance to a large Tesco supermarket, bus stop and only 1 minute walk to a London overground station. Trains take 25 minutes to Liverpool Street, Walthamstow (Victoria line) is 5 minutes away and Woodford (Central line) is easily accessible by car or bus. It is also well located for motorways (M11, M25 and the North Circular) and airports (Stansted and Luton) and Epping Forest is just round the corner
