Self-contained lower ground floor garden flat with separate entrance available for short or long term rental. The flat has its own front entrance with security lighting and secure bike storage at the front, with a rear door opening onto private part of shared garden.

It is modern, light and airy, and available fully furnished (or with longer lets, as tenants prefer). The flat is currently set up to have everything ready straight to move in (bedding, linen, kitchen appliances and equipment, etc).

The front door opens into a corridor, off which is the bedroom, a large front double bedroom with bay windows (with blackout blinds and shutters), kingsized bed, two cupboards and a chest of drawers.

From the corridor there are glass doors into the open plan living room, with a double leather sofa bed, table, chairs, bookcases and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, supersized fridge/freezer.

Full sized washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, with an airing cupboard. Iron and ironing board provided. Linen and kitchen equipment available.

Pets considered, please ask. All bills, council tax, broadband, water softener, TV licence etc included. Note that while visitor parking (payable by the hour, or day) is available, more permanent parking is unfortunately not possible.

Approximately one hour from each major airport, one stop to Highbury from the Eurostar, good transport links (bus, including nighbuses, tube and overground) for access to the City, West End, Canary Wharf, universities (UCL, King's, LSE), teaching hospitals (UCL, Homerton).
