We are looking for a warm and friendly person to take our spare room, for a short term let of 1 month only, ending Friday 2nd April.
Our flat is modern and bright, and on a quiet side street in Highbury. All bills are included.
The room is large and bright, with built in wardrobes, and comes with a double bed.
The living room is spacious, with lots of plants. We have access to a gigantic communal roof garden with facilities for BBQs in summer. (It's also a very handy space to relax during a lockdown!)
We also have an underground car park with racks for bicycles.
Our place is very close to some lovely bars and restaurants in Highbury. And close to the shops on Holloway Road.
Arsenal Tube Station is a 4 min walk away. Drayton Park Train Station is also a 4 min walk away. We're also right on a segregated cycle route.
