Room now available in a large Victorian house in Highbury!

Very well connected - The house is 5 minutes walk from Arsenal station (Piccadilly line and 3 stops from Kings cross), 10 minutes from Finsbury park station (Victoria line) and 3 minute walk from blackstock road where many buses go by.

The house has a very large kitchen with its own sitting area, a separate dining room and a large living room. It has a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and a second bathroom.
It has a great sized courtyard with another dining table which the balcony of the room for rent overlooks.

The room is warm in winter but great in summer with its own balcony and double doors. It has a a double bed and shelving. The chest of drawers and clothes rack come with room but can be removed if needed.

The housemates are a couple from Australia and a girl from London, all under 29.

£742 a month plus bills - worth it given how big the house is and how well connected it is!

Move in date would be mid January 2020 but this is flexible
