We are a busy professional couple who are looking for a friendly considerate Monday to Friday flat mate for our spare room. This means you would be expected to vacate the room at weekends.

The property is kept clean and tidy. Sarah often works from Home during the week, therefore ideally we are looking for someone who is out of the property during working hours. We spend our evenings at the gym, cooking, relaxing, reading or watching TV. We are friendly but also like to have our own space. Therefore we are looking for someone who is like minded.

The amazing double room in a lovely 2 bedrooms flat is in a nice building with green areas and private concierge

The room consists of a double size bed, wardrobe with drawers and a small desk

The price is £650, Monday - Friday only, so would suit someone who needs to be in London for work during the week but has a permanent home that they return to at the weekend. All bills are included within the price

The flat has a large living room with a nice big TV. The spare room also has a TV also.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property, a communal one plus an en-suite to our bedroom which we use the majority of the time, therefore there won’t be any queues in the morning.

The neighbourhood is really safe and quiet. The building has a fantastic roof terrace overlooking Arsenal Stadium and the city with a BBQ area, ideal to host events and gatherings
