This lovely house is situated on a safe and quiet street in the amazing neighbourhood of Highbury. It is sandwiched between two large green spaces of Clissold Park and Finsbury Park, and has excellent transport links to the City and Central London.

This east facing double room is of a great size and comes fully furnished with double-bed, double wardrobe, drawers, large bookshelf and a desk.

In addition, this home has a bathroom (separate shower and bath), downstairs toilet, shared lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen; with fridges, stove/oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a pretty garden perfect for alfresco dining and barbecues. There is plenty of storage for bicycle-owners.

If you have a car, parking is available but you would have to obtain a parking permit from Islington council.

HOUSEMATES:
You will be sharing with two friendly and considerate professionals: Karel, 31, a doctor studying for a PhD, and Will, 29, who works in advertisement. We both swim and go to gym regularly, enjoy reading books, art, good films and music, an occasional drink or two, and being out and about with mates. Karel loves to cycle everywhere and teaches medical and high school students. Will has for years gone to a weeky acting class.

We are looking for another equally considerate professional (or a PhD student) who enjoys socialising but also is happy just doing their own thing.

LANDLADY:
We are privileged to have an awesome landlady who has always had the tenants’ interests at heart; she is fast at sorting any house-related issues.
