Dear Room Hunter,

I'm leaving my lovely room in Highbury East and looking for someone to join my flatmates.

About them and the house:
We are two Hungarian girls living in a 3 bed flat 2 minutes away from the trendy Stoke Newington Church Street.

At the moment we have 1 bright double room with a double bed, wall closet and chest of draws. There's as well plenty space for storage on other areas of the flat.

It’s a quiet area with plenty local shops, parks, pubs and little cafes nearby and public transportation as well (Canonbury 10 min/ Arsenal 15 min / Highbury and Islington 20 min walk).

The house consists of a big leaving room; a front yard with a nice outdoor table; a kitchen with plenty storage - and of course the basics: a toilet and a shower.

The bills are not included in the price of the room and this is an average of £15-35/ a month each (depending on the season); plus council tax (£43 each).
Please note that the water bill is payed yearly.

Ideally, we are looking for someone nice, flexible, tidy but not OCD; social but not a party animal; respectful but fun at the same time.

Due to the times we live we are happy to have extra safety measures to the visits and we can as well arrange virtual visits if you wish so.
