The flat usually rents for £1,800 per month but I'm offering a big discount as it's short notice and with everything going on.

You can have it for £1,200 for the whole month or if you'd like it for less than the whole month please message me and we can work something out.

It's a split level garden flat in large Victorian town house, with excellent transport links.

Recently refurbished, the flat consists of large living room leading out to a garden area, a cosy bedroom with ample wardrobe space, and open plan dining/kitchen area. Please note the separate shower and toilet.

It's a lovely cosy flat that has lots of new furniture and fittings.

The flat has followed strict sanitisation procedures before being vacated.
