Bright Ensuite Double w/ Balcony in Modern Flat

Hello!
We have an available double bedroom with its own bathroom in a lovely 2 bed / 2 bath flat in Highbury, located in the converted former Arsenal Stadium development, Highbury Stadium Square. The room is fully furnished (but could be part or unfurnished if needed) and has huge south-facing windows, its own direct access to the balcony, and a large private bathroom just across from it.

The location is incredible - Arsenal station is 2 minutes’ walk, and Drayton Park station (Great Northern line - runs to Old Street / Moorgate) is 7 minutes. From either it’s about 10 minutes to Central London. Highbury is an amazing area, we've lived here for over a year and wouldn't go anywhere else! There are tons of cute local shops, cafes, and pubs a stone’s throw away. Highbury & Islington and all the bars and restaurants of Upper Street are about a 15 minute walk. There are also several lovely green spaces nearby - Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, Gillespie Park, and more.
The flat is quite spacious, open, and has all the mod cons (underfloor heating, dishwasher, washer, and even a tumble dryer!). There is also a 24h concierge, Fitness First gym on site (separate membership), underground parking available, and free secure bike storage.

Bills are not included and come to £80 a month (per person) for council tax, electric, heat / hot water, and internet.

We’re a couple, both dual citizens (American/French/British) who have lived in London for about a year and a half. Louis is doing a PhD in Physics and Jackie works in theatre. We enjoy cooking, yoga, climbing, theatre, concerts, pubs, and outdoor adventures. We'd love to find someone friendly, sociable, and clean and tidy, who's looking for a real home, not just a share house or a stopover. Ideally someone who'd be up for the occasional shared drink, movie, or pub night! Though we both lead busy lives, we’re quite sociable and definitely down to spend time with our flatmates when at home.
