The flat also has a large shared living room, TV has netflix, Disney, & tv channels. Kitchen is a good size with plenty of storage space, and two fridges. Bills are roughly £100 - £150 on top of the rent per month. The location to this flat is second to none, especially with summer coming! It is super close to lots of supermarkets, amazing coffee shops, Highbury and Islington station and lots of shops on upper street.

A little bit about the lovely flat mates...
Monica & Filippo are a couple who are both professional musicians. They play amazing music but are very considerate to us living there and mainly play when we are out. Monica is from the Canary Islands & Fillipo from Italy. They like to cook, drink and socialise, and are a lot of fun to live with.

Winnie is a professional architectural assistant. She is from Cambridge in the UK. She likes to cycle, meet up with friends, read, do yoga, cook, and is always up for having fun and socialising together.

We are looking for a professional person/ couple to take over our lease for a minimum of 6 months.
