Hey future housemate
Bella, Figgie (my dog) and I are looking for a lovely new housemate in our beautiful home in Highbury.
We’re super close to Clissold Park (2 min walk) and church street (5 min walk) as well as lots of great cafes, independent shops and restaurants on Blackstock Road (2 min walk) which is great now the world has opened up a bit!
The house is very much a home and we’ve slowly been buying our own furniture and making the front and back gardens look nice for some summer socialising. We’ve got a lovely sitting room at the front which is super light and a great kitchen at the back looking into the pretty courtyard. Bathroom and bedrooms are downstairs. And the bathroom has a bath - for people that love a bath!
The agency and landlord are great and stuff gets fixed super quick when needed. They just sorted out brand new carpets and a new fence for the garden.
About us - I work in healthcare PR/advertising and WFH 3 days a week atm. Bella is a stylist and is often on set and out the house working. Figgie is our 11 month old whippet who is just the best and very well behaved - she sleeps most the day! But she loves a walk and cuddle!
We’re ideally looking for another girl. We all hangout a lot and are looking for more than someone to just fill the room but someone that’ll become a friend and who is up for making an effort to make the house a lovely place to be and up for hanging out, having dinner together, going out for dinner, day trips!
Bill aren’t included but are about £100 pcm.
Flexible on move in but ideally by the end of the month.
