Large Double In Islington £700(+Bills)

Hello hello!

We have a fab, spacious double bedroom available from 29 October in an amazing Islington location (between Highbury and Newington Green). We're in a 4 bed, ground floor flat with a large patio outside and shared living room.

** we are a friendly, queer-positive space and we'd like our new flatmate to have a similar attitude :) spare room only hadls the options to put 'male and female' in the current household part so we couldn't put non-binary**

We're a 3 minute walk to Canonbury overground and a 12 minute walk to Highbury and Islington (Victoria line, overground, national rail). You can be in Soho in 20 minutes, door to door, which is super handy.

It's less than a 10 minute walk to Highbury Fields and Clissold Park for green spaces and the same distance in one direction to Upper Street and to Dalston High Street in the other.

The room is £700 without bills (~ £90) and comes with a double bed and loaaads of built in storage!

You'll be moving in with me (25, she/her, charity worker) my brother (25, he/him, musician and PR) and our lovely pal (23, they/them, muscican and actor).

We're a really open, friendly group and we love a chat/trip to the pub! Atm we are all a mixture of WFH some days and out the house other days.

There's some singing and musicy sounds now and again in sociable hours and we like a night out a couple of times a week, but it's usually pretty quiet :) we love going to theatre shows, comedy nights, gigs and the pub.

We know how spare room can be a bit of a jump in the dark so if you think you'd like to check out the place, just let us know a day and feel free to come and have a snoop! We'd also love to meet you for a pint/coffee so you can see if ya like us!
