Furnished double in all-female 5 bed house

Furnished double in an all-female 5 bed Victorian terrace available July 25th for a 30+ female professional.

The room comes with a double bed & mattress, bedside table, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. It comfortably fits a desk/chair for WFH with a good amount of floor space. It's on the middle floor above the kitchen so generally warm in the winter, and a north-facing window so cool in the summer.

There's a big eat-in kitchen, bright living room, main bathroom, another shower room and a WC. We also have a courtyard garden with a cherry blossom tree (gardeners welcome!) and a shed for bike storage. There's a weekly cleaner for the common areas and we share bills/household items equally (usually around £100 a month). The house is old and quirky but everything works, the landlord is responsive and we recently got a new oven and boiler.

You'll be sharing with an operations manager and cultural programmer (both French), and a data scientist and lawyer (both American). Everyone works a mix of office/WFH. It's a social house but big enough that you don't feel like you're on top of each other. We're all vaxxed, try to be sustainable, keep things pretty tidy and respect each other's space. This is our home and we treat it as such. We all do our own thing but often come together in the evenings to chill/watch a movie. We also like a dinner out, pub quiz or theatre trip! They're a really lovely bunch, I'm only leaving as I'm moving to Scotland with work.

The house is in Highbury near the Fields, 5-10 mins from the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, Overground and good bus routes. There's a bunch of supermarkets nearby, some lovely pubs/restaurants and an endless list of Deliveroo options.

We'll probably do some online viewings initially and then progress to in person.

I can be flexible to leave earlier, but still working out the details of my move.
