Great room in beautiful house and area

Hey!

We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely house in Highbury right by Clissold park, Finks, Top Cuvee, the reservoir etc on a beautiful big open road. 10 min walk to Chuch Street through the park and 10 min walk to Arsenal station (Piccadilly line) or 15ish to Finsbury Park (Victoria line).

House has a large kitchen with big table and bench, big light sitting room at the front, courtyard that’s so great with lots of plants, bathroom (with shower and bath).

The room is a really good size, wooden floors, space for a desk and quiet. Currently has a king size ottoman bed in that I am taking but will replace with a double or you could bring your own.

Very much want someone that wants a home, somewhere long term, and is up for becoming friends, hanging out, cooking together, drinks, walks, having each other’s friends over for dinner occasionally and enjoying the house together.

The house is lovely and we’ve made it our own so welcome someone that doesn’t view things like communal spaces but like all of our home and wants to make it feel like their home too.

Two female housemates. Bells is an interiors/props stylist and Eli works in research for Deloitte if that tells you a bit about who they are! Eli works from home a few days a week and Bells is freelance so just depends what she’s got going on.

They both lovey, very chilled and just want to have a nice time with nice people.

Happy to consider pets too.

Bills are about £130 each a month and we have a cleaner too and that’s about £11 a time each.

We have a 2 month break clause in the contract as Eli is leaving at the end of December. Landlord is really great and property is managed by Winkworths.
