Double room in Highbury

Hello!

We are Leanne and Kat (31 & 28) looking for a new female flatmate.

About the house:
It’s a 3 bed G/LG flat behind Highbury fields. Our landlords are helpful and contactable. New boiler, everything’s working fine. Bills are about £110 per person, per month all in.

What we’re looking for:
Someone chilled, friendly, mature, considerate. Up for chats and movies. We’re vegetarian too so that is preferable. We’d also prefer someone who is hybrid working. Must be able to commit to at least 6 months (the break clause).
Us:
We tend to be fairly busy but we’re usually at home for dinner and weekends tend to be out. We’re typically in bed pretty early and like to get up and go to the gym. Leanne works part home/office for London Ambulance Service and Kat works in the civil service - same setup.

Practical:
- Living room with dining table and sofa
- Kitchen - with fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine
- Shared bathroom
- Storage cupboard - Garden (south facing) with patio, table and chairs
