We are looking for a flatmate to join our flat. We enjoy cooking together and we are looking for someone who is searching for a flat that feels like home.

🛠️Practical
Cost: £835 + bills (rough estimate: £150/month). We also have a cleaner every 2 weeks (included in £150).

Move-in date: 15 December 2024

🛏️The room
Double bedroom with window overlooking back garden. Furniture included: 1 bookcase, 1 chest of drawers, 1 mirror, 1 desk, and bed.

🏡The Flat
The flat is in a beautiful semi-detached Victorian house on a cute and calm street. We have a large kitchen with lots of space to cook and a big living room. The flat is very bright, and we also have a big roof terrace, where we enjoy the sunshine, yoga, BBQs and, coffee. Our bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub 🛀

📍Location
Our flat is in the middle of a very green area with lots of parks. You can enjoy walks, runs, or cycles in Finsbury Park (15min walk), Clissold Park & Stokey (10 min walk), Highbury Fields (10 min walk). We also have a very good connection to public transport:

Your potential flatmates
You’ll be replacing me (Hannah) and joining my lovely flatmates, Laila (24) and Antonia (26), who like to cook and have dinners together with friends. We are fairly social, but also respect each other’s private times. Both work from home sometimes and respect each other’s working hours and commitments.

We are looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly and interested in having a communal approach in terms of making this flat our shared home. You should be clean and organized in the communal spaces.
