Hi - I’m looking for 2 other professionals to join me in my flat share. (SORRY NO STUDENTS OR COUPLES).
It's a Private 'live out' landlord - no agents involved.

It’s a 3 bed flat in total, with a lovely kitchen, bathroom (toilet is separate). There’s a little area off the kitchen to eat or for WFH BUT, SORRY, THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM.

Both available rooms are a similar size and the rent for each is £850 pcm. Bills are not included.

ABOUT THE FLAT - AVAILABLE EARLY AUG (after references)
It’s a lovely, bright, well-proportioned ground-floor flat and is located in the beautifully green and popular Highbury Quadrant, situated between Highbury and Stoke Newington. It’s a stone’s throw from Clissold Park and Stoke Newington Church Street.

The apartment has 3 double bedrooms in total, a kitchen, a small dining area, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large hallway, and lots of storage space.
The kitchen is generously proportioned and has lots of cupboard space. It has a big fridge freezer, a washer/dryer, an electric oven and hob.

The flat is part-furnished ('white goods' as mentioned). The rooms both have a double bed and a mattress - it’s up to you to bring in any other bits of furniture you need (any extra bits of furniture in the photos are not included).

The rental period is for 12 months. it’s a joint tenancy.

WHERE IT IS
The flat is in a low-rise, brick-built ex-local authority block (now mostly privately owned) with lovely, quiet communal gardens at the back. There are plenty of local amenities, including a Sainsbury’s just down the road. Our local pub is the brilliant Clissold ParkTavern, just around the corner.

We have lots of transport options here. It’s a 10/15 minute walk to Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly Line), Finsbury Park (Victoria Line),and to Canonbury overground, or a short bus ride to Highbury and Islington overground/underground (Victoria line). The 393 bus to Highbury Corner stops on the road outside the block of flats. There are free bike racks in the forecourt of the block. Resident parking is also available if you buy a permit from Islington Council.

You will need to undergo and pass credit checks, employment and landlord references, and have ‘Settled Status’ or valid visa for the duration of the tenancy.

The landlord is very keen on this so please make sure you have all that, to avoid disappointment. The security deposit is £980 per person.
