About us:

We’re Lucy and Aoife, two professionals in our early 30s, looking for someone to join our lovely home in Canonbury.

It’s a friendly, easy-going and clean household. We both have our own lives, but enjoy catching up and the occasional pub trip together. We take pride in the space and like it to feel like a proper home, so we’re looking for someone who’s independent but also keen to become a friend.

We both work in the office 2–3 days a week, so we’d ideally love someone with a similar routine.

The house:

The house is light, spacious, and spread over three floors, with a separate living room and kitchen - so there’s plenty of room for three.

You’d be sharing the bathroom with just one other person. The location is great: a short walk to both Canonbury and Highbury & Islington stations, and close to plenty of pubs, parks, and cafés.

The room & details:

- Available from early July (with flexibility, but ideally looking for someone by the end of the month latest)
- Deposit: £894
- Bills: approx. £140 per month (not included in rent)
- Private landlords who are friendly and easy to deal with

About you:

- A professional
- Aged 28–34
- A non-smoker
