I am renting a room in my lovely Highbury flat, right next to Clissold Park.

It is a 3 bedroom flat with 1 full bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet. You will be sharing with 1 other very friendly flatmate (30s male professional from London) in a quiet, residential & very green area.

There is a beautiful private garden with lots of light and morning & afternoon sun.

There is a very well equipped kitchen, open plan, downstairs living area with a toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Note that currently I am only renting out 2 of the 3 rooms as the 3rd was used as a home office.

Only 1 minute walk to Clissold Park. 10-15 mins walk to Arsenal station. 17 mins to Finsbury Park.

Availability:
It is free from March 1st.

My biggest priority is to have clean, tidy and responsible people who take great care of my home, my garden and my things :)

Including all bills (electricity & heating, council tax, internet & water) it comes to £1300 / month.

My ideal tennant would be:
- responsible, steady & reliable person who is proactive and values a shared, open living space
- clean, tidy & conscientious towards other flat mate
- enjoys gardening and keeping plants alive
- does not work from home more than once or twice per week
- somewhat practical in case anything goes wrong
